This archive exists simply to offer the opportunity to take out of the shadows and share unredacted transcripts of exchanges people have had with BBC Complaints and/or FOI departments voicing concerns. A free speech and transparency service, if you will.

Oddly, for an entity that often claims transparency and trust at its core, the BBC can seem less than keen at everyone seeing what they get up to. Which is a shame.
